Session Cost:

Fee: Jane charges $220 for a 45-60 minute session in office, and via telehealth (video) or telephone.
Out-of-office sessions include a fee for travel.
A fee reduction is possible with a healthcare card, and Jane does not bulk bill.
Payment of the full fee is required at the time of the consultation.

Medicare: If you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP then you are able to claim a rebate of $141.85 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
The Medicare rebate is available for face-to-face, Telehealth, Telephone, and some out-of-office sessions (the Medicare rebate for out-of-office is $165.95).

Private health insurance: rebates may be available if you have private health insurance, please contact your insurer directly regarding clinical psychology sessions.

Cancellation policy: There is no charge for appointment changes more than 48 hours before the appointment. A fee of $50 is charged for appointment changes within 48 hours of the appointment. The full fee is payable for changes made within 24 hours of the appointment. For example, changes to appointments on Tuesdays will need to be made by the Friday before.
